Welcome to the UMAX Mortgage internal Forum.  Please feel free to utilize the Forum as much as possible to bounce ideas around, help with Lenders and Programs, General, Admin, Processing questions, and just day to day communications with other LO's within the UMAX family.  We always appreciate constructive criticism, but if you have an issue you need help with or need to run by someone, please contact your PM or one of the Executive staff. Standard online rules apply here, we always strive to foster a positive and nurturing environment based on information sharing and support, and expect everyone using the Forum to act accordingly.

You will need to apply for a new account (UMAX employees and contractors ONLY) by selecting your username (preferably your usual name you go by) and a password.  Once you apply for admission, you will be approved by Administration within a day or less, and then have full access to the Forum.
